Tournament Sign Up Notes

​

• All tournament sign ups are at Aurora Hills Golf Shop in the Men's Club Tournament sign up book and paid for at the time of sign up

• It is the player's responsibility to sign up for the correct tournament - not the Golf Shop staff or Tournament Chairman

• Deadline dates are the Monday prior to the tournament -- paid for by 6:00 p.m.

  • Exceptions:  Tournaments on 6/5, 7/9, and 9/11 will be extended to the Tuesday by 6:00 p.m.​

• The Member-Guest tournament is limited to the first 30 teams

• It is the player's responsibility to notify the AHGC golf shop and the AHMC tournament chairman immediately if you cannot play in a tournament.

  • Refunds are your responsibility to work out with the golf shop; subject to their rules and discretion​

• Always keep your receipt for all tournaments you sign up for!
